The nearest broad gauge railhead from Bir Billing is Pathankot which is about 140 kms away. Ahju just 3kms away from Bir Billing is the nearest narrow gauge railway. The Kangra valley railway runs a toy train from Pathankot which passes through Ahju which covers the distance in 7 hours.
