Bir Billing is located in the state of Himachal Pradesh and is one of those places where you can enjoy the paragliding in India.
October to June is the season for paragliding. Even October – November and March – June are the best time for long flights. Paragliding experience during December, January is different as all the mountains around covered with snow, even Billing experience snowfall during that period.
For a flight time of ~30 minutes they charge Rs. 2,500 per head making it the lowest cost per minute flight in India. While paragliding is offered at several places, they are largely commercial with prices ranging from Rs. 1,500 to 2,000 for a 10-15 minute flight.
The nearest broad gauge railhead from Bir Billing is Pathankot which is about 140 kms away. Ahju just 3kms away from Bir Billing is the nearest narrow gauge railway. The Kangra valley railway runs a toy train from Pathankot which passes through Ahju which covers the distance in 7 hours.
Mountain biking is a sport of riding bicycles off-road, often over rough terrain, using specially designed mountain bikes. Mountain bikes share similarities with other bikes but incorporate features designed to enhance durability and performance in rough terrain.

Bir-Billing is the best spot for Tandem Paragliding sessions in Himachal Pradesh, India. Normal paragliding flight is for 15 to 30 mins which includes take off from Billing at the altitude of 8000 feet from sea level and landing at Bir which is 4300 feet from sea level.
